After two months since
BoA's debut single-release, 2nd single 'Amazing Kiss' came out.
Used as CM song of japan cosmetic brand 'KANEBO'. Totally different
style from previous single. BoA changed her style as girlish, cute
and
lovely. Not only song itself but also her concept.
And as far
as Yeseule knows, this is the time BoA was thinest. She said that
she had really trained hard cuz of heavy press that she had to get
succes in Japan.
Choreography by SAM (trf member, ex-husband of
Namie Amuro) was very lovely at the same time, intense. She kicks
highly in this choreography. Peak position on the Oricon daily
chart of this single was 16th. In Korea, still a lot of anti-fans
existed but after this single-release,
some people used to say
this song is not that bad, and BoA fans started appearing on the
internet.
This is true, so many fans who became latter listened
to this song and loved it so much. Therefore this single's become NO.1
among BoA singles of HMV online cd shop lately.
Just like
ID; Peace B, first press was made as limited edition. Picture case.
Same
cover picture is printed on jewel case, so after taking off sleeve
out of jewel case, still cover is shown on case. very pretty! but
hard-to-find nowadays.
BoA released 2nd special album titled
'Miracle' after NO.1 album. Miracle includes all the japanese singles
(translated as korean) except Amazing Kiss. Amazing Kiss is included
in SM label singers season compilation 'Summer Vacation in SMTOWN.COM'
exclusively.
All the versions are good. Japanese, Korean,
English. Cannot say which is better or worse.
And Amazing
Kiss may be the BoA song which has many remixes. 12" includes
two exclusive remixes. Thunderpuss Japanese Club Mix is longer than
the one in Peace B. REMIXES album. and Thunderpuss English Club
Mix is included in only 12". Check out Thunderpuss.com.
