The song expresses the hopeful future of the city and the dynamism and openness of Seoul that aims to be the hub in Northeast Asia. BoA¡¯s outstanding singing ability is fully displayed in the song.'

BoA was chosen as a singer who would sing promotion of Seoul city. This proved BoA's high position on K-pop music ground. Title is 'The Lights of Seoul' composed by Hwang Seong Jae. BoA sang this song with NO.1(REMIX), VALENTI at Hi Seoul festival 2003.05.25.
Total 20000 copies of 'The Lights of Seoul' cd single were given to the people who came to the festival for free. This single is promotional copy to promote Seoul city. Not for sale. Two tracks (The Lights of Seoul (Korean Version) + (English Version). The rarest BoA cd single with 'ID; Peace B' promotion cdm. 'Atlantis Princess album includes Korean Version and English Version as a bonustrack.
